The order was made when the 69-year-old man, who cannot be named for legal reasons, appeared before Magistrate Sharon Cure on Thursday.

Queensland Police issued a warrant for the man's arrest, but Magistrate Cure said an affidavit wasn't submitted and it was required by legislation.
"I don't want to make an illegal order," Magistrate Cure said.
Queensland Police Detective Senior Constable Vince Marcel gave evidence at the Launceston Magistrates Court on the request of Magistrate Cure.
Detective Senior Constable Marcel told the court the man was being investigated for offences that occurred from 1976 to 1984.
The Tasmanian man is expected to be charged by police once he arrives in Northern Queensland.
Police will accompany the man from Launceston to Cairns, via Melbourne and Brisbane, on Thursday afternoon.
