Not only was the Rosevears Speedboat Spectacular thrilling fans as they boats tore up the water, but the weather was also perfect for participants in the days events.
One of the day's junior participants, 13-year-old Lachlan McCall, was in his third season of racing this year.
He said he was feeling good about how he went at the event.
"I did alright - I got a first, third, and second," he said.

Lachlan said he enjoyed speedboat racing because it's for real thrillseekers.
"It gets the adrenaline racing and it's a fun activity to do," he said.
The event was in its 18th year, drawing about 1000 spectators and 28 entrants to the high-octane event.
Racing took place from 10am at Rosevears.
