The petition requested the state government's support in asking ANZ to "strongly reconsider" the branch's closure on April 24.
Primary Industries Minister Guy Barnett said the loss of the service will not just impact people in Deloraine, but also people and small businesses throughout Meander Valley.
"Many people will be affected by the closure of the face-to-face service at such short notice," Mr Barnett said.
"Older Tasmanians, people living with disability and small business retailers will likely be paricularly affected."
