The Blues put up a spirited effort in the 6.5 (41) to 2.7 (19) Anzac Day loss, outscoring the Bulldogs in the third quarter with two goals to Northern Hawks goal shooter Ash Mawer.
But the class of Emma Attard and Kiara Foley (two goals) helped the visitors kick away in the final term.
In the other Anzac Day fixture, Scottsdale recorded its best win of the season with a 7.11 (53) to 0.3 (3) home victory over Bridgenorth.
A five-goal second term set up the win for the Magpies, with Raigan Kettle, Georgie Dare and Jessica Casey kicking two goals each.
