Mindy Meng Wang connects West and East with morning meditation at Fairy Dell to start off Mona Foma’s Sunday session at 10am.
Head to Inveresk for the afternoon to catch hip hop artist Fred Leone and experimental bassist Samuel Pankhurst in Yirinda and percussion virtuoso Kuniko Kato at 2.30pm.
Noir rock band Ewah and the Vision of Paradise follow at 3pm and South African singer, actor and author Nakhane at 4.45pm.
Tasmanian export Courtney Barnett follows at 7pm, showing the Mona Foma audience why she has been nominated for a Grammy, Brit Award, six ARIAs and an APRA.
Charlotte Adigéry’s vocals with WWWater’s pop and electronica are on at 8pm, and Pnau rounds out the evening with a wild dance party from 9pm.
Of course Mona Foma Soma, Stompin, Formal, Pete Mattila, Ben Landau, Margie Livingstone’s Circumambulation, Heath Franco, Artrage, Cinemofo and Interweave Arts’ Mini Arts Trail are still happening throughout the city too.
