Third 18-year-old dies after separate crashes during Christmas period

Shelbi Cate Berechree, of Claremont, is the second person to die as a result of the crash, with her 18-year-old passenger being killed instantly.
Tasmania Police Acting Inspector Dean McMahon said it was a travesty.
The woman is the third 18-year-old killed on the state’s roads during the Christmas period.
The crash happened about 2pm on the Arthur Highway on December 27.
