The development is planned for Meander.
The site would be converted into a five cabin and a nine caravan visitor accommodation site.
One two-bedroom and four one-bedroom cabins are proposed.
An amenities building and common room are also proposed.
The approval is dependent on the application submitting amended drawings to accurately reflect the slope of the land.
An existing access also has to be upgraded.
Entry and exit signage also has to be changed to the satisfaction of the council’s town planner.
One representation against the development was made to the council raising concerns that the plan was misleading.
A residential studio will also be built on the site.
The council meeting will start at 1.30pm.
