The mystery winner holds one of ten division one winning entries in Saturday’s $20 million TattsLotto Superdraw draw 3853 on June 23.
Each entry takes home a division one prize of $2,000,000.00.
The winning entry is not registered to a Tatts Card, which means Tatts officials have no way of contacting the winner to break the news, and have to wait for them to come forward to confirm the prize.
The winning entry was purchased at Monaghan’s Lucky Agency, 68 St John Street, Launceston.
Monaghan’s Lucky Agency Melanie Bennett said she was thrilled to discover the outlet had sold a division one winning entry.
“It’s so exciting” she said.
“I couldn’t believe it when I saw the notification we had sold a winning entry.
“We are one of the oldest newsagents in Australia and have been here over a hundred years, so we have sold a few in our time.”
