The fire is believed to have started in the Central Highland pub’s ceiling, with the cause deemed accidental by Tasmania Fire Service investigators.
The fire broke out about 7.30am on Friday, forcing the evacuation of staff and visitors.
It took firefighters from Hamilton, Gretna, Brady's Lake, Ouse and Great Lake brigades nearly three hours to contain the blaze.
No one was harmed in the fire.
Investigators spent nearly all of Saturday examining the scene, but said no more information was available at this time.
