The family-friendly ride was designed to raise awareness of the relaxing benefits of bike riding, with the gentle ride planned to be achievable for all riders, new and old.
The ride began at Royal Park and paused at the Peace Garden, which was opened in honour of former Governor Peter Underwood in 2016.
The ride was organised by TBUG and included riders of all experience levels.
Other celebrations where held across Launceston as part of the week-long Peace Festival on Saturday, which concludes on Monday.
At Launceston LINC participants learnt about Mandala writing, while Tasdance performed ‘Women Dance for Peace’ at their studio in the afternoon.
And at Milton Hall the street community enjoyed a peace party in the evening, while a poetry reading was held at Collins Bookshop.
