A trough extends over the south of Tasmania, with a low centre just to the east of the state. The low will move to the south of Tasmania during the afternoon lie just to the southwest of the state this evening. The low will weaken during Saturday, with a westerly flow to develop across the state. Winds turn northerly on Sunday ahead of a cold front crossing the state early on Monday.
