Scottsdale Football Club welcomed a new life member into its ranks earlier this month with durable ruckman Damian Brown notching up his 200th game for the Magpies.

The 36-year-old former best and fairest winner said the chance to keep playing with mates and the lure of a maiden premiership had been major contributors to his longevity in the game.
Club president Cameron Moore said Brown was "the perfect clubman".
"Damian is one of the most respected members of our club," Moore said.
"He has rucked against some much bigger opponents, stuck with us through some tough times, and he will be a very deserving life member of the Scottsdale Football Club."
