The plan is available at the airport for inspection and purchase for members of the community while the document remains current.
Copies are available at level 2 of the office of Australia Pacific Airports, Launceston, between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
The 139-page document includes a detailed vision, strategy and future development plan of the airport, based at Breadalbane in the Northern MIdlands.
The airport is expected to grow its air traffic movement from 18,800 a year in 2015 to 31,400 by 2035.
