Evandale will host Meander Valley in its NTFA division 2 season-opener with the reserves game starting at 6 and the senior game starting at 7.45.
"We would like to thank Meander Valley for being partner to the game and we are looking forward to a great contest between two very strong clubs," Evandale operations manager Michael Rigby said.
"Both clubs have recruited well and will be looking for a win to get their season up and about.
"We are really looking forward to hosting the game as it's a first for the club and can't wait for the first bounce.
"The club is in a good place at the moment with a host of new recruits along with retaining most of last year's list we really want to build on what we started last year.
"The competition looks very even this year, which is great for the public to come along and see some great games of footy this season."
Rigby said the club was pleased to welcome four of its living premiership coaches in Geoff Skeggs, John Jones, Monty Grima and Hugh Boyd to its season launch on March 28.
Evandale's Auskick registration will be held from 3pm today and Rigby said the kids and parents were encouraged to stay and enjoy the football games.
