The East Launceston housemates - who were eliminated from the competition last month - are set to give a public lecture and sign autographs at the University of Tasmania open day at the Newnham campus tomorrow.
Mr Hay said that the duo would talk about their experiences on the show, adding that their story was really about ``having a crack''.
``It's just going to be a casual insight into our experience and an insight into the race, the things people didn't get to see and what we are doing in the future,'' he said.
The open day, held at the Newnham, Inveresk and Beauty Point campus' from 10am to 3pm, will also include a cooking demonstration by Megan and Andy from My Kitchen Rules, fish dissections, boat races, children's activities and a jumping castle, as well as information sessions for prospective students.
