Man fined after RSPCA finds injured dog
A Ravenswood man has been fined for failing to look after his dog properly.

Kenneth Maxwell Denman, 60, changed his plea to guilty today to one count of mismanaging an animal.
Denman's pitbull terrier Muscles was found by an RSPCA officer with a metal choker chain embedded in to the skin around its neck.
The incident occurred in February 2013.
Launceston Magistrate Simon Brown fined the defendant $450 and ordered him to pay more than $600 in compensation to the RSPCA.
