A crowd of about 5500 is expected to take in a line-up that spans the music generations, with Something for Kate and British India also part of the day.
The show will be the eighth (of 11) with Hunters & Collectors on this tour, who is known for such hits as Holy Grail and Throw Your Arms Around Me , with promoters saying reviews from media and fans alike have ``been overwhelmingly great''.
Hunters & Collectors' set will be a two-hour extravaganza, covering material from their entire 16-album back catalogue.
Fans can get up close and personal with frontman Mark Seymour, as well as members of Something For Kate and British India, with signings taking place at the merchandise tent during the afternoon.
Members of all three line-ups have praised the set-up of the concert series for the family friendly atmosphere it creates to The Examiner in the lead-up to the event.
General admission tickets sold out last week, but limited reserve seats will be available on the day for $150.
There are also some dining packages available from the winery.
Redline will offer a shuttle bus service, which will leave outside the main gates at Aurora Stadium at 3pm, returning to that location at the conclusion of the concert after 9pm.
Tickets cost $18 return or $10 from Josef Chromy. There will also be a taxi rank set up on site. Gates will open at 3.30pm, with Hunters & Collectors' set likely to finish at 8.55pm.
