However, today, the 18-year-old, of Launceston, will be one of more than an expected 12,000 people through the Mowbray Racecourse gates.
Miss Weynberg was selected as The Examiner's Face of the Launceston Cup and will use her prize of two free tickets to attend the Cup with friends.
Miss Weynberg, who is a lifeguard at Launceston Aquatic and studying to be a police officer, also received a bottle of sparkling wine and featured in a photo shoot for today's paper as part of her prize.
She said she had always wanted to go to the Cup, which is why she entered the competition.
``I've never done anything like this in my life so I thought I'd give it a shot,'' she said.
``I really like horses so I'm keen to see what they are like and I'm excited for a good day with friends.''
However, while she loves horses, Miss Weynberg won't be missing out on being a contestant in The Examiner's Fashions on the Field.
She said she would be wearing a white dress with red roses, red heels and a white hat.
And as for her fashion advice for others attending the Cup: ``don't dress for anyone else, dress for yourself and wear what you feel comfortable in.''
