After racing through Australia, the Philippines, India, Dubai, Turkey and France over three weeks, the pair were eliminated when they repeatedly got lost during the Cuban leg of the competition.
On one hand the housemates, who were the seventh team eliminated, wished they could have made it further in the competition. But Mr Stick said it also came as a relief, as they were growing tired of being on television each week.
``I am pretty much over it. There is a lot that hasn't been shown on the show and we haven't been able to talk to anyone about how far we got,'' Mr Stick said.
``Every day we get asked about 100 times if we have won so we will be glad when it's over.''
But the pair said they didn't regret their decision to enter the competition, which saw them win a $5000 entertainment pack and Japanese holiday.
``It was easily the best thing we have ever done . . . we basically got a free holiday out of it and got to do lots of crazy things,'' Mr Hay said.
``We tackled pigs in mud in the Philippines, went to the races in Dubai and caught a crocodile in Cuba . . . and we have got some pretty good friends out of it too,'' Mr Stick added.
