Police also allege that he called her a "f---ing dog" when he breached bail by telephoning her.
The month before Mr Williams faced two counts of breaching a family violence order and common assault on February 22, 2022 when he allegedly also called her a "f---ing dog" and pinned her to a mattress with his body.
He also allegedly said to her: "You are going to put out, I am going to get what's mine and what I have been thinking about for the last twelve months".
Mr Williams did not plead to the latest charges. He was remanded in custody to reappear on April 21, 2022.
