
Tasmania Police have advised that sadly, a man died as the result of a single motorcycle crash on the Tasman Highway at Goshen on Tuesday.
Around 11.45am yesterday, police and emergency services were dispatched to the scene of the crash, approximately 30km North of St Helens.

The motorbike rider, a 70-year-old American citizen, was located in a critical condition, and sadly declared deceased a short time later.
A crash investigation is being conducted.
At this stage, it is believed the man was riding as part of a touring group, and his motorcycle left the road after failing to negotiate a left-hand bend.
Tasmania Police said they thank members of the public who assisted the rider prior to emergency services arrival at the scene.
