Dane Andrew Clark, 37, allegedly wounded two people with a knife in Ravenswood on October 27 this year.
Police allege he stabbed a man in the cheek and a woman in the thigh and the forehead.
Magistrate Sharon Cure adjourned indefinitely four counts of destroying property, two counts of trespass and a count of possessing a controlled plant.
Ms Cure bailed him to reappear in the Supreme Court in Launceston on January 31, 2022.
