Jacob Eric Lonergan, 29, of Ravenswood pleaded guilty to a count of possessing stolen property and a count of dealing with property suspected of being the proceeds of crime, namely $3100 cash. He also pleaded guilty to firearms and drugs charges.
Crown prosecutor Peter Sherriff said police searched the container and found a variety of stolen items including a ride-on lawnmower, a $6000 Giant bike and a $16,000 mountain bike, jewellery, watches, a dozen laptops, power tools, drills, sanders, air compressors, hand tools, a trailer, chainsaws, whipper-snippers, Makita tools and battery chargers.
The search also yielded a stolen 12-gauge Adler shotgun and ammunition and a Glock pistol.
Justice Stephen Estcourt ordered a report to see if Lonergan was suitable for a drug treatment order.
