The annual Tassie Scallop Fiesta will be a chance for people to come out of their shells.
The fourth year of the event will see all of the key attractions remain like the scallop splitting competition and chef demonstrations, while adding in a few surprises too.
Director Tony Scott said the fiesta liked to set itself apart.

Mr Scott said just because someone did not like scallops did not mean they shouldn't attend.
With 16 food stalls, four beverage stalls and coffee vans, there will be something for everyone.
This year's event will be bigger than last year's due to the ease in COVID-19 restrictions.
The event will be held on August 1 at the Village Green, Bridport.
