I DID not know my dad till I was four years old; he had been away fighting for a free decent world.
Once being disciplined for objection to how American coloured soldiers were always put in danger.
I did not know my uncle till I was five years old.
He worked on the Burma Railway, survived the Hell ships back to Japan and then worked in their underground coal mines.
I never knew my great uncle was buried at Anzac Cove, yet my knowledge of all these men leads me to truly believe what our government has put and is putting the Biloela family through would disgust them all, it does me and I would be surprised if not most Australians.

NEW CAMPBELL TOWN PRACTICE
WE would like to say how happy we are that a DA is in for this specialist medical centre in Campbell Town.
I'm a primary carer for my husband who has a rare and terminal bone marrow cancer and as we travel into Launceston so often, sometimes twice a week, we feel this practice would help lessen the burden of travel for us.

ELECTRIC buses in NSW have commenced "rolling off the assembly line", with an estimated nine-year timeline for the entire public bus fleet to be powered by electricity.
The supposed clean, green state of Tasmania has commenced rolling off the North-West Coast assembly line diesel-powered public buses - may be a "back to the future" political scenario?
