While Will Stoltenberg joined the Swans in 2018 after time at Launceston and Prospect, he's been joined by a crew of former teammates this season.
Former Blues Majak Miar, Chae Evans and Aaron Seen will suit up in the black, orange and white this season as well as Ex-Hawk Andrew Zammit.
Coach Gene Savage, who played 224 games at Launceston, is pleased to have the re-connected group at the club.
"One of the real drivers for us was to try and reconnect those guys and give them another lease with their football," he said.

"We think it's going to be good for us in the long run and the boys are certainly excited about the season ahead.
"Obviously just knowing the little ins and outs of each player and having that camaraderie that you've already built at another clubs is something that we are really hoping will pay dividends."
Taking over Ned Hyland's coaching role towards the end of 2019, Savage said his side's opening win against St Pats was a long time coming after passing on the opportunity to play in 2020's NTFA Shield.
"The players opted to train once a month so we'd get together and do some training," he said.
"We just tried to remain invested but not overwhelm them and give them a bit of free time.
"They've definitely ramped up on the return to footy and I think time will tell, but we are hoping to build into a good season."
The Swans, who also amalgamated with their junior football club during 2020, face Perth in their first home game in more than 18 months on Saturday.
