Premier Peter Gutwein says the government will monitor the result of the lifting of the moratorium on rent increases, as well as other housing matters as the COVID emergency period comes to an end.
Premier Peter Gutwein says the government will monitor the result of the lifting of the moratorium on rent increases, as well as other housing matters as the COVID emergency period comes to an end.

Premier Peter Gutwein has disputed whether residential rents are too high in Hobart and Launceston, saying that "across different suburbs, rent varies".
