The season will begin on Good Friday, April 2, with a North Hobart-Kingborough clash in the afternoon before a grand final rematch between Launceston and North Launceston under lights at UTAS Stadium.
The two sides will meet again in another night game at UTAS in round eight before locking horns at Windsor Park in round 15.

The Blues will play their first home game of the season in round three against Kingborough before rounding out the season with three home games in the last month.
Meanwhile, Clarence is set to make its return to Bellerive Oval in a round three clash with North Launceston after playing its home games at Richmond Oval in 2020.
Head of AFL Tasmania Damian Gill welcomed the fixture's release but warned it could be changed should coronavirus cases re-emerge in the state.
"It is very exciting to have the fixture locked in," Gill said.
"Exciting new recruit, Allen Christensen will kick off his time at Lauderdale in style with a home game against fierce rivals, Clarence.

"Launceston were the team to beat in 2020 and look determined to back it up so it will be thrilling to see if they can climb the mountain again or if another team emerges this season.
"It is important that we all remain incredibly diligent at all TSL venues and follow all COVID protocols to keep the Tasmanian community safe.
"We know that in the COVID-19 environment there is a chance that we may experience changes to the fixture throughout the season."
