An injured man has been airlifted by a rescue helicopter at the scene of a distillery fire this morning.
Tasmania Fire Service said his injuries were believed to be serious, but not life threatening.
Emergency services remained on scene of the fire just before noon, with the building fully engulfed by flames.
Motorists and pedestrians were still being asked to avoid the scene and obey directions of emergency services.
EARLIER:
A distillery in Perth has been completely engulfed by flames this morning.
Emergency services responded to calls of a fire at Adams Distillery on Eskleigh Road about 10.20am.
A Tasmania Fire Service spokesperson said the building is fully alight.
The spokesperson said one person is believed to be injured and being treated by paramedics on scene.
Four crews are on the scene of the fire with another crew on route.

"Firefighters are still working to contain the fire, but it is too early to tell the cause," they said.
Motorists and pedestrians in the area are asked to avoid the scene and obey the directions of emergency services.
