
A St Leonards man has been charged in relation to the alleged shooting of a man in his home in Kings Meadows last year.
Matthew John Upston, 35, was charged with wounding, aggravated assaulted, aggravated burglary, committing an unlawful act intended to cause bodily harm and using a firearm in contravention of a firearms prohibition order.

He was detained in custody on Wednesday and appeared in the Launceston Magistrates Court in the afternoon, when he was released on bail.
Mr Upston has pleaded not guilty and will appear in the Supreme Court on April 26.
The alleged victim - a 44-year-old man - sustained non-life threatening injuries as a result of the alleged shooting.
