The car show was due to be held on November 29 but had to be postponed after rain lashed Windsor Park in Riverside, where the event is held.
But for all the Holden fans out there, property officer Ken Tatto of the club proved resilience was built into the fibre of GM and Monaro owners and said the show we bounce back on Saturday December 12.
Mr Tatto said the club was expecting at least 300 to 400 attendees, a reduction on numbers in the past, but a number that was in line with COVID-19 restrictions.

However, that did not stop Mr Tatto from encouraging anyone that was interested to get down to the event.
"We want people to bring their ordinary cars as well," he said.
"It doesn't matter what car people bring a long, so long as it's a Holden or Chevrolet.
"It's something for everyone to enjoy, whether their car is worth $1000 or $200,000."
Mr Tatto also revealed a special feature of the event for this year.
"We're going to have a setup of Holdens from 1948 to 2017," he said.
"We are trying to get a car from every year they made a new model."
Coming to the show this year, according to Mr Tatto was a number of flashy draw cards. Similarly to the Westbury car show earlier in the year, event goes were expected to jump at the chance to exhibit their vehicles.
Mr Tatto said he understood that two new cars from Hobart were expected to make the trip, as well as the first time showing of a barn-found Holden 48-215 (FX).
Event goers will have the chance to be well sustained with a BBQ and food trucks, and particularly well hydrated with the bar at the oval being open.
Entry is free for those coming along and entering their car, as well as for those under 16. For spectators there is a $5 door fee that is accompanied with a ticket to put towards people's choice voting on their favourite cars.
The event is due to be held from 11am until 3pm with presentations for the people choice awards, as well as for best car, and best car with a female driver at 2:30pm.
Further details are available on the club's social media.
