Operating between 10am and 2pm from December until next April, the centre is open for tourists to learn more about what the city has to offer, make bookings for accommodation and tours and purchase National Parks passes.
Team leader Sandy Stroud said the CBD location would operate as normal during the summer period.
IN OTHER NEWS:
"Splitting across two sites over summer has worked well for us, and we've been really pleased at how popular the Cataract Gorge site has been," Ms Stroud said.
"One of the surprising things about it is that so many locals have been coming in to find out more about holidaying at home or seeking information on tours and activities in Launceston.
"That's really great because 2020 has been rough for many of our tourism-related businesses - we know they'll really value the support they receive."
