Launceston's home turf will see its women and development league face cross-town rivals North Launceston and North Hobart respectively before the senior side takes on Lauderdale.
Action on the Blues' deck will start bright and early at 9.30am with Mitch Thorp's men taking to the ground at 2pm.
As the second-placed Blues step onto their home ground, Taylor Whitford's North Launceston men will be doing the same across town at UTAS Stadium against Clarence.

North Launceston's development league side face the music against the Tigers at 4.30pm while the sole Southern-based final sees Clarence and Glenorchy battle in TSLW action a a to be confirmed location at 12pm.
As the home-and-away season wrapped up on Saturday, North Launceston picked up their fourth consecutive minor premiership in the seniors competition while Launceston took home the honours in both the development league and women's ladders.
Launceston's Dylan Riley showed that his 2019 mid-season return from Meander Valley Suns paid off by winning the Peter Hudson Medal by 13 goals - kicking 34 goals as Tyler Carter bagged 21.
Ahead of the final round, Blues teammate and skipper Jobi Harper had one hand on the TSL player of the year award, sitting three votes ahead of Tiger Kieran Lovell.
The official winner is expected to be announced on Monday.
