Sitting out with the bye last weekend following an abandoned match against Clarence, the Northern Bombers took the chance to build team chemistry on a successful weekend camp in Bridport.
One week on, Jemma Blair, Grace Bilich and India Viney have all been included for a 4pm clash against a Tigers side desperate to claim its first win of 2020.
"It's a really important one for us - they'll be pretty keen to get us back," midfield coach Steven Crooks said.
"They lost one to us earlier in the year and on their home ground I'm sure they'll be pretty keen to atone for that, so we're excited about the prospect of going down there and getting a good hard hit-out."

Sitting at 1-5 with two games to go, the Northern Bombers can finish no higher than fourth but remain as busy as ever honing their forward line and midfield structures.
"We've been working hard on the girls not being sucked into the ball so much, but holding their positions outside," Crooks said.
"We were starting to see some improvement in the Clarence game, so that's one area, and getting the football inside the forward 50 and holding it in there until we score.
"Clarence and Launceston are quite good at getting the ball back out the other way and hurting us that way, so we're working on how we defend when we lose possession in our forward line."
