Scotch and St Pats enjoyed successful away trips on Wednesday, with the former outlasting Guilford Young 47-43 in the boys' basketball final.
Rick Wyllie's Scotch side established a 35-22 lead in the third term but Guilford hit back, reducing the margin to a single point with less than two minutes to go.
However, late points to Henry Cox and a timely Tom McShane steal secured Scotch its first basketball title in three years.
The same Hobart Netball and Sports Centre saw St Pats clinch a 40-35 victory over Guilford in firsts' netball.
The visitors embarked on a 6-1 run in the opening term to establish a first-term lead which stretched to 25-17 in the third term.
Guilford scored six straight to get back into the game but St Pats drew away once more to snag their fourth flag in five years, which was celebrated with a joyful rendition of the team song.
A day earlier, Grammar made it back-to-back girls firsts' soccer titles after a nail-biter in Sandy Bay.
Grammar took a 2-0 lead inside the first 20 minutes through Ava Farquhar and Mia Findlay but Fahan pulled the lead back to finish full time and extra time 2-2.
Grammar won the penalty shootout 4-3 with Aishah Anis making a great save and Findlay converting the sealer.
