Launceston was the shadow of the side on Saturday - in more ways than one - from not only last week, but for most of last year whose target went missing in front of goals.

After running out onto Windsor Park to damp conditions under foot ahead of the competition opener, sunshine greeted the Blues at Kingborough's Twin Ovals.
There they turned around those three goals from 11 shots into 12 goals from one more shot to run over the home side Tigers by 71 points.
The regular acts of inaccuracy last season was of concern to coach Angela Dickson.
Leading into the TSLW grand final against Clarence, the Blues had booted 24.23, 12.17, 6.17, 10.20 and 5.15 in successive weeks.
But after an unseasonably drier winter to the end of July, Dickson has backed the intent to take the 2019 runners-up further.

"With the conditions, we were able to hit our forward targets a lot easier and take our time in front of goals, which is obviously will equate to more goals than points and that's what we have wanted," she said.
"We were happy with that, especially as the girls were able to share it around a bit.
"I can't remember how many in the end kicked goals, but our gameplan is always not to be reliant on one or two people and to be able to use all our players out there on the park to hit the scoreboard a bit better.
"It's really a great display of what we're trying to do better this season."
Daria Bannister, who was awarded the TSLW leading goalkicker last year, kicked three as Meg Sinclair and Cecilia Cameron added two to the eight different scorers.
Dickson was rapt with the performance, including keeping the opposition to one behind for the second game in a row.
"We probably didn't get play the game style against North Launceston because it was so wet and hard to get our hands on the footy," she said, "but we were stoked and ecstatic how we were able to execute today."
