A former Mowbray man alleged to have committed a number of offences against young people had his case adjourned in the Launceston Magistrates Court until June 3.

The 36-year-old, who cannot be identified because it could lead to identification of a victim, did not apply for bail and was remanded in custody.
Police allege he committed three counts of penetrative sexual abuse of a young person with three females between 2013 and 2020.
IN OTHER NEWS:
He has also been charged with three counts of indecent acts with a young person with a female and a male over the same period.
A co-accused 34-year-old woman, who also cannot be named, has been bailed to appear in the Launceston Magistrates Court on June 17, at 2.15pm.
