A man from Tasmania's south has become the state's 225th COVID-19 case.
The confirmed new case of coronavirus is a man aged in his 60s from Southern Tasmania.

Acting director of Public Health Scott McKeown confirmed the new confirmed case on Thursday night.
He said tests continued to be processed on Thursday night.

So far 174 people have recovered and there have been 13 deaths. Eight cases remain in hospital.
