The clinic was established about six years ago, aimed at providing free legal aid to those unable to visit the clinic during the day time.

LCLC chief executive Nicky Snare said the 1000th client is a testament to the hard work put in by both the centre's staff and volunteer solicitors.
"It's an amazing achievement and I can't express how grateful we are ... for all these private practise solicitors that give up time to come and volunteer and help people every Wednesday night," she said.
Volunteer solicitor Emma Smith said it was important for those who work in the legal profession to donate their time to those who can't afford legal services.
"I think it's really good that this service operates outside business hours so that those people who work but still might be on a relatively low income ... can have that opportunity to get some free legal advice," she said.
