A bushfire at St Marys has been downgraded to Advice level, Tasmania Fire Service has said.
The fire was first reported about 3pm.
According to TFS, there is no immediate threat and crews are currently containing the fire.
A number of power poles were damaged in the fire, which resulted in the closure of Esk Main Road.
The cause of the blaze has yet to be determined.
The TFS has said fires in current conditions can be difficult to control.
A bushfire at nearby Rossarden is also at Advice level.
The fire is north of Fingal near the Barneys Road end of Mangana Road.
TFS has said there is no immediate threat but residents may noticed an increased amount of smoke, vehicles one the road and helicopters in the area.
