Bangor Vineyard took out the Champion Wine of Show award for their 2018 Captain Spotswood Pinot Noir, while Tamar Ridge, Pipers Brook and Bay of Fires were the Northern winners.
"There is actually quite a lot of different wine producers from around Tasmania that have been awarded a trophy this year," she said.
IN OTHER NEWS:
"So I think that is a really good indication of the quality across the board of our wines, it hasn't been anyone particularly dominating just a really good spread of producers from right around the states."
She said wine is bringing more and more tourists to Tasmania and it is good for the vineyards will be able to share their awards with visitors.
