Police are seeking information after shots were fired at a house in Goderich Street, Invermay in the early hours of Christmas day.

The incident happened at 2.30am and there were no reported injuries or damage to any property.
Police would like to identify and locate a man described as fair skinned, heavy build, wearing shorts and having a t-shirt or similar wrapped around his face.
It is the second reported shooting in the suburb in a matter of days.
Police were investigating a December 19 shooting near New Street, Invermay after reports of gunshots in the area at about 8.30pm.

After speaking to several witnesses a search was underway for three cars last seen in the suburb around the time of the shooting.
Police were seeking sightings and information about a black Holden ute, an orange Ford sedan, and a damaged silver sedan seen in the area.
