Goaty Hill Wines have been holding the annual event for about a decade in support of The Examiner's Empty Stocking Appeal.
This year, gold coin donations equaled $1116.80.
Event organiser and Goaty Hill Wines owner Natasha Nieuwhof said once again the community had gotten behind a worthy cause.
"Every time we host this event, it's with the same philosophy and that's to give back to the community we feel so lucky to be a part of," she said.
"It is also a great way to celebrate.
"We went from wearing beanies and rain jackets in the morning, to applying sunscreen in the afternoon."
The Empty Stocking Appeal supports Launceston City Mission, The Salvation Army, The Benevolent Society and St Vincent de Paul.
Donations can be made at The Examiner office on Cimitiere Street. For bank transfer: BSB 035822, Account 011443538.
