Lilydale is a confirmed starter in September 7's division one decider, while four teams remain in the hunt for the premier division grand final on September 14.
"We've worked together with the TSL and West Tamar Council on the arrangements that have been put in place," Rigby said.
North Launceston is set to play its first semi-final, where it will take on either Lauderdale or Glenorchy for a spot in the grand final, at Windsor Park on Sunday, September 8.
