There are plenty of events occurring over the week to get people excited for the Sunday fiesta.
On July 31 at 6.30pm, the Bridport Golf Club will play host to Mariners' Muse: an evening featuring talks by seafarers about their journeys.
Travellers giving talks include solo sailor Ken Gourlay, Jo Breen, ocean kayaker Jeff Jennings and cargo ship traveller Giuliana Musiani.

On fiesta-eve (August 3) head to the Bridport Skate Park foreshore from 5pm for an evening of delicious food and fun.
The OG Roller Bladers of Melbourne will be performing a few exhilarating stunts at the skate park while attendees can keep warm with the bonfire and firepots.
Along with live music and skating, the night will have a number of local food vendors available, or guests can bring their own picnics to the free event should they choose to.
