"We have yet to see UPC's ultimate plans or Development Application," Ms O'Connor said.
"Of course we have concerns about the Robbins Island wind farm.
"It's massive and is likely to impact on a wide range of threatened and endangered species, as well as forest areas and private land."

Earlier this week, former Australian Greens leader Bob Brown criticised the project saying it was "a step too far", and likened the wind farm to the controversial Franklin Dam proposal he successfully campaigned against in the 1980s.
Both Tasmanian Liberal and Labor said Dr Brown's comments were hypocritical due to his party's stance on supporting renewable energy.
Ms O'Connor said her party was a strong supporter of more clean energy.
"This is essential if we are to tackle global heating," she said.
"There do, however, need to be a set of standards in place that mitigate negative outcomes and deliver any wind farm proposal the social license it needs."
