The Andrew Cox-Goodyer-coached Rocherlea come into the match-up following a 40-point win over Hillwood and their leader is excited at the chance to prove their worth.
"We knew we were capable of beating Hillwood if we played our four quarters. This week is an opportunity to prove ourselves and that we belong in the top five," he said.
Celebrating Ben Murfett's 100th senior game, Longford coach Beau Thorp was full of praise for the "fantastic clubman" as his side look to continue their form.
"Ben has been a key part of the transition from last year to this year and this is a big game for us," he said.
"Rocherlea are in form having knocked off Hillwood, they'll be confident and so they should be."
BRIDGENORTH coach Brady Demeijer is looking to keep with their winning ways as they face Hillwood at Shark Park.
The Parrots celebrate Arnie Donnellan's 150th club game as they take on the third-placed Sharks after a dominant win over Bracknell.
"We were happy to come away with the win but disappointed with a few things that went on during the game," he said.
Key Parrot Zach Griffiths looks set to miss the rest of the season with a broken jaw with Matt Zanetto to take his place in the line-up.
After their blinding start, Hillwood have begun to slip away from Longford and Bridgenorth with four losses in their past five encounters, making Saturday's Parrots showdown a must win for the side.
A win on Saturday keeps the Sharks just four points away from their opponent's second place, allowing for a potential home final.
Andrew Whitmore kicked three in last week's loss as Damon Howe impressed once again.
As his side come off the bye with a clash against BRACKNELL, South Launceston coach Aaron Viney is looking to improve from the "extremely disappointing" loss last time the two met as his side sit just outside of finals football in sixth place.
"This is a must-win for us. If we lose, our season is pretty much over," he said
"It was disappointing to lose to Bridgenorth two weeks ago as we were four goals up in the last but for the first three and a half quarters, we showed how far we've come since the start of the year."
The Bulldogs lost Bowen Pearce in the Parrots clash but look set to regain Daniel Johnston who missed with concussion as their opponents also fell victim to the fancied Bridgenorth in a fiery encounter last week.
Bracknell sit in eighth place on the ladder with three 2019 wins to their name, including the 20-point round four triumph against the reigning premiers as the in-form Corry Goodluck kicked four alongside captain Richard Howe.
If the Bulldogs see their season as on the line this weekend, SCOTTSDALE's is well and truly in the balance with coach Geoff Mohr begging his players to come up with the right attitude against Deloraine.
"We had everything to play for last weekend, we just didn't come with the right attitude," Mohr said.
"We just need to make sure we win this one. If we lose it, it makes it hard and it's been frustrating because we've shown we can play good footy against the top sides."
Missing a focal point up forward, Scottsdale look set to regain Lee Nichols as Deloraine come into the clash following an 85-point loss to ladder-leaders Longford.
The Kangaroos were held scoreless in the third term in the annual Make Runs Maxi encounter and will be out to push the Magpies in a similar vein to their 17-point loss in round four.
Jacob Wauchope was the stand-out in their previous match-up and after a strong showing last week, he could be the man to do it again for his side.
