The aims of the advisory group will be to represent the wider community in consultative and advisory capacities to the West Tamar Council.
Members will also act as a conduit between the council, promote events and activities as well as being able to raise particular issues or projects with the council.
Nominations can be submitted to the West Tamar general manager at PO Box 16, Riverside, 7250.
Forms can be accessed on the West Tamar Council's website or at the council offices at Beaconsfield, Riverside or the Windsor Community Precinct.
Nominations close Friday July 26 at 5pm, nominees will be informed of the results in writing by August 30.
