Midfielder Brodie Palfreyman headlines the additions for the round 13 fixture, which could open up some much-needed breathing space from in-form Kingborough as the Blues look to cement fourth spot on the ladder.
Tim Bristow and youngster Tyson Miller are also back training after recovering from shoulder injuries and were both named as emergencies, with key defender Simon Vandervelde the most notable out.
Coach Mitch Thorp said his side was primed to hit the second half of the season with a bang.
"We've had a quite a few byes over the last few weeks, so eight weeks to go now coming off three byes in the past five weeks," Thorp said.
"We've had an opportunity to get our players a bit healthier and get a few of our key players back so we're looking forward to the next eight games."
The Blues struggled to get going in their last outing, a 69-point loss at the hands of a devastating North Launceston side.
The win was Launceston's first blowout loss of the season, with their other four defeats spanning margins between 18 and 33 points.
"The North Launceston game was a tough game, but there's no secret they've been a strong unit for five years and won four premierships in that period," Thorp said.
"A lot of teams have gone to UTAS Stadium and had tough days and obviously it was tough for us but we're looking to bounce back."
Thorp said his side still had a way to go to match it with the 2017 and 2018 grand final teams.
"I think the top two sides are pretty tight and there's a little bit of a gap after that," Thorp said.
"I think Lauderdale and North Launny are clearly the two best sides - Glenorchy have had some injuries this year and that's probably hurt them a little bit."
Jeromey Webberley's Clarence appears highly unlikely to make finals following its second loss to fifth-placed Kingborough last weekend.
The former Richmond Tiger said his side's disappointing 1-9 win-loss record was a result of injury and losing gun youngsters to the Tassie Devils.
"I probably read the group wrongly at the start of the year and also I think we just haven't had access to our players," Webberley said.
"Wade Wall's missing footy, [Jake] Cox, [Ryan] Edmondson, Jordan Roberts hasn't got back into the senior squad, we've had Ethan Jackson one week, he goes the next.
"Blair Rubock's got [osteitis pubis] and he's back next week, so we just haven't been able to get the nucleus of our team on the park at all this year.
"Clarence doesn't want to be a mediocre club, as a playing group and a coaching group we're exactly the same so I'm sure we'll bounce back quickly."
Having brought back Jake Hinds for a game late last month, the Blues sprung another surprise at the selection table by naming Dylan Riley as an emergency.
The Blues' reigning best and fairest joined Meander Valley for the 2019 season but looks set to rejoin the TSL days out from the player movement cut-off date.
