The Launceston-based Nathan Warren side got out to a three goal-to-nil first term to lead by 20 points before extending the margin out to 25 points at half-time.
The Tasmanians kicked four goals to three in the third quarter until a blistering six-goal final term capped off the steady 43-point win in style.
Wynyard's Jonty McIvor proved a presence up forward with four goals, while East Launceston junior Zac Morris added two goals.
Samuel Banks, who has already debuted for the Roos TSL side and the Devils NAB League under-18s debuts earlier in the year, racked up a game-high 26 disposals, pulled down 11 marks and laid on three tackles.
North Hobart pair Dominic White, with 24 possessions and eight marks, and George McLeod, collecting 21 and 11, along with seven inside 50 entries, were also prolific for the Tasmanians.
Devonport's Baynen Lowe was another standout in the midfield, collecting 23 disposals, seven marks, three tackles and eight inside 50s.
Tasmania faces Queensland and NSW/ACT in next month's division 2 matches.
